English speaking skills are becoming increasingly important in today's era of globalization. English as an international language opens up many opportunities in education, career, and cross-cultural communication. However, many students in the school environment still face difficulties in mastering English speaking skills well. Therefore, SPOKIO is here to answer the challenges currently being felt by people who really want to learn English but are constrained by certain things. It is hoped that with SPOKIO they will be able to hone their English skills to improve their skills in various aspects.
OBJECTIVE
Increasing the Frequency and Quality of Speaking Practice
Providing more opportunities for students to speak English through daily activities, discussions, and presentations.
Building an English-Friendly Environment
Encouraging the use of English not only in the classroom, but also in extracurricular activities and social interactions.
Increasing Student Confidence
Through various exercises and support, helping students feel more comfortable and confident in speaking English.
About Us
The organizational structure above represents the team behind SPOKIO, a collaborative project born from a shared spirit of leadership and unity. All of us met during the Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) Calon Guru English Education program at University of Singaperbangsa Karawang (UNSIKA), in our final semester through the Leadership Project course.
Through thoughtful collaboration and shared goals, we developed SPOKIO—a website dedicated to enhancing English language learning, with a special focus on speaking skills. Our main purpose is to provide students with an interactive and accessible platform that supports their learning both at home and in the classroom.
This project is more than just an academic requirement; it is a reflection of our commitment to education and our passion for helping students grow.
